The role

We are looking to bring on a Senior Systems Technician to join a team with a cross-functional view of the IT area, actively participating in the evolution, stability, and security of the company's technological infrastructure.

What you'll do

You will play a key role in daily operations, continuous improvement, and advanced systems support, collaborating closely with users, vendors, and various technical teams.

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, performance, and evolution of the IT infrastructure, taking part in both operational tasks and technology improvement and security projects.

Main responsibilities:

Administration and operation of Windows and Linux systems, in both on-premise and cloud environments.

Management of network infrastructure and communications: switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.

Supervision and maintenance of virtualized platforms and cloud environments.

Systems monitoring, incident resolution, and improvement of availability and performance.

Implementation of security best practices, monitoring, and incident response.

Automation of tasks and optimization of operational processes.

Advanced technical support for users and internal platforms.

Coordination with technology vendors, service tracking, and IT procurement management.

Participation in technical documentation and compliance with policies and standards such as ISO 27001.
