We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team at the San Fernando de Henares warehouse. The person in this position will report directly to the Depot Manager and will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the center, guaranteeing efficiency, productivity, and quality standards in Last Mile and Middle Mile processes.
The role requires strong leadership capacity, operational vision, and an orientation toward continuous improvement, managing large teams within a dynamic and high-volume operational logistics environment.
Lead a team of Operations Team Leaders and a global operational team of between 80 and 100 people.
Guarantee high levels of productivity and quality in Last Mile and Middle Mile processes.
Manage and monitor operational and quality metrics, ensuring efficiency in incident management and decision-making.
Analyze key business indicators to identify trends and act proactively on the root causes of possible deviations.
Lead, develop, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer orientation.
Manage and coordinate the Inbound schedule.
Lead and coordinate new operational projects.
Plan the weekly workload based on operational needs, establishing priorities to achieve defined objectives.
