As a Customer Care Contact Center Agent, you will be the main point of contact for our private customers and senders, making sure every interaction is an excellent experience. You will handle enquiries, complaints and after-sales requests, acting as the voice of the customer within InPost and helping us continuously improve our service.
Provide high-quality customer support by phone and email.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy.
Give accurate information on shipment tracking and delivery status.
Handle after-sales requests received through digital channels.
Collect, analyse and categorise complaints to identify recurring issues.
Share insights on recurring incidents with other internal departments.
Manage and respond to customer reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot.
Contribute to achieving the Customer Care team's objectives.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or contact center role.
Higher-level vocational training or a university degree.
Experience in complaint and conflict management.
English level that allows you to handle calls with customers.
Good command of Excel.
Strong customer focus and excellent listening skills.
Clear, professional communication, especially over the phone.
Ability to analyse information and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Organised, proactive and solution-oriented.
Team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
