What you'll do

💻 Join our industrial team! We are looking for an Industrial Delivery Manager (IDM) to lead the industrial process to ensure that the manufacturing of our products is carried out with the highest guarantees. You will be the person coordinating industrialisation, ensuring that new products are ready for production and aligning the manufacturing plan with the delivery plan.

Manage the industrial process to ensure manufacturing with quality and on schedule.
Ensure the industrialisation of new products (start-up projects), including bills of materials, prototypes, production resources, technical specifications and route sheets.
Coordinate the production plan with the delivery plan, ensuring the availability of resources and materials.
Supervise NPI (New Product Introduction) phases and ensure the correct transition to series production.
Manage costs and budgets, optimising resources and deadlines.
Collaborate with engineering, production and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure process quality.
