Industrial Delivery Manager (IDM) - San Fernando de Henares / Aranjuez

💻 Join our industrial team! We are looking for an Industrial Delivery Manager (IDM) to lead the industrial process and ensure that the manufacturing of our products is carried out with the highest guarantees. You will be the person who coordinates industrialization, ensuring that new products are ready for production and aligning the manufacturing plan with the delivery plan.

💡 What will you do?

• Oversee the industrial process to ensure manufacturing with quality and on schedule.
• Ensure the industrialization of new products (start-up projects), including bill of materials, prototypes, production tools, technical definitions and route sheets.
• Coordinate the production plan with the delivery plan, ensuring the availability of resources and materials.
• Supervise NPI (New Product Introduction) phases and ensure proper transition to series production.
• Manage costs and budgets, optimizing resources and schedules.
• Keep alignment with Engineering, Industrial Plant and Supply Chain to resolve incidents and ensure process quality.

• Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in production, industrialization, NPI and project management (3-4 years).
• Knowledge of SAP MM (S/4HANA) and material management.
• Basic knowledge of PLM Windchill.
• Experience in product definition (ICAs, IPFs, REEF, product tree).
• Configuration management and document control.
• Functional knowledge of SAP for manufacturing (ERP).
• Ability to interpret project documentation.
• Material and cost management, cost estimation and budget preparation.
• Knowledge ita industry S/4PP of a PPI product.
• Advanced English (documentation and international communication).

• Coordinar el plan de producción con el plan de entregas, garantizando la disponibilidad de recursos y materiales.
• Supervisar fases NPI (New Product Introduction) y asegurar la correcta transición a fabricación en serie.
• Gestionar costes y presupuestos, optimizando recursos y plazos.
• Colaborar con ingeniería, producción y proveedores para resolver incidencias y asegurar la calidad del proceso.

• Ingeniería o formación equivalente.
