The role

International School in Madrid is looking for a dynamic, organized, and committed kitchen assistant to join the team. The selected person will assist in the preparation of healthy and balanced menus for students and staff, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

What you'll do

Opening the kitchen by checking the status of all machinery and raw materials.
Prepare and store quality food so that it is suitable for use in the preparation of different types of dishes or subsequent commercialization.
Preparation of hot and cold dishes.
Correct compliance with and monitoring of HACCP, completing all formats required by the system.
Place food orders in the warehouse, cold room, and/or refrigerators.
Compliance with company instructions regarding Occupational Risk Prevention
