Assist the Professional Education department and the Professional Education Support Manager in the coordination of cross-functional Professional Education actions: organizational, financial, monitoring, Project manager for innovative actions such as Optima, and web development.

What you'll do

The coordination of educational grants within the indirect sponsorship environment is one of the lines of work in the Medical Education department at Johnson & Johnson MedTech Spain.

Focused on a selection of congresses of national and international relevance, we receive grant applications from surgical services in hospitals across Spain.

The person responsible for coordinating these training grant applications will have the following main responsibilities:

Historical analysis of grants vs. budget vs. hospital type
Registration of events in the HCC system
Validation of events in the PGB grant management platform
Coordination with AMEX: exceptions, room blocks...
Contact with PGB: updates, event registration, tool changes, improvements, sending communications...
Contact with heads of service: registrations, possible incidents related to applications.
Monthly review of AMEX invoicing.
Annual bulk upload of PGB contracts to the system
Ad-hoc reports requested by the ProfEd manager/Lead
Management of indirect sponsorship grants through societies.
Communication and updating of PGB grants to the commercial department (Excel and calls), as well as communication and alignment with marketing.
Scheduling meetings with HCPs and societies, unifying department information, analysis of general budgets, PowerPoint presentations for meeting support, contract management...
Administration of the Professional Education calendar and meetings.
The redesign and technological updating of department processes:
Bookings to arrange appointments with HCPs.
Microsoft Lists and Planner for the internal organization of the department.
Power BI for data analysis.
KOL plan to be shared with Medical Affairs.
On-site support for Professional Education courses and third-party courses when required.
Control of AO Trauma courses.
Closing of evidence for past and present Professional Education courses when required.
