The role
The main objective of the role is to ensure that our client's commercial network (sales and after-sales) has the necessary skills and knowledge regarding: financial products and services, taxation, processes, and tools, in order to efficiently and sustainably achieve commercial and service quality results.

• You will design, develop, and deliver training on financial products and services in face-to-face, e-learning, and virtual formats.

• You will need to review, adapt, and update courses with the latest market information, as well as adapt material received from the client.
• You will develop the training calendar in coordination with the client.
• You will plan and manage the logistics of training courses (scheduling sessions and coordinating necessary resources and spaces).
• You will participate in on-site follow-up, evaluating the knowledge of the commercial teams within the network and identifying new needs.
• You will analyze the results of the training actions delivered and prepare follow-up reports.
