What we're looking for

Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial project environments.

At least 5 years in leadership positions, managing supplier qualification teams, audits, or supply chain assurance.

Demonstrated experience in EPC project environments, preferably in sectors such as automotive, energy, batteries, or heavy industry.

Solid knowledge of

Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 19011)
Supply chain risk management
Contract management principles

Experience in performance monitoring and KPI-based supplier management.

Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present results to senior management.

Advanced level of English (spoken and written).

Knowledge of German and/or Spanish will be valued.
