🔎 Main Responsibilities
🗺️ Design and implement a standardized Supplier Quality Management (SQM) process across all regions and business units.
🤝 Collaborate with Procurement to incorporate quality requirements into supplier selection and contracts, aligning commercial agreements with quality expectations.
🧪 Lead global audits and supplier qualification, ensuring risk-based methodologies and best practices.
📈 Develop maturity models and improvement programs for strategic and developing suppliers.
🚨 Manage the supplier claims and escalation process, ensuring root cause analysis and sustainable resolution.
🏭 Oversee the quality of OEM/ODM suppliers, integrating external manufacturing within Roca's quality framework.
📊 Define and manage supplier KPIs and dashboards (defects, audits, Cost of Poor Quality, deliveries).
🛡️ Lead supplier-related risk management, ensuring compliance with Roca and international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
🌱 Drive the development of supplier quality capabilities globally, promoting training and alignment across regions and plants.
