We are currently looking for a person for the position of HRBP in the People and Clinics Operations department for our Madrid offices.

Your mission will be to adapt the clinics' value proposition, taking into account the scope of compensation, flexibility, and development within the regulatory framework and global policies, to improve loyalty and employer branding regarding clinic talent attraction, thereby impacting the improvement of turnover and the sense of belonging to the entity.

What you'll do

  • Act as a People reference within the area of our clinics and veterinary hospital.
  • Guarantee compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage the daily relationship with collaborators and operational managers, offering continuous support and guidance.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the clinic collective to detect opportunities for improvement and business needs.
  • Participate in Onboarding processes and initial training for new employees. In addition to managing and participating in the preparation and execution of annual PFs.

  • Create policies and actions always within the labor framework and regulations that must be known and compliance with which must be ensured.
  • Ensure that any EVP design (including C&B) complies with regulations and viability from a labor perspective.
  • Maintain relationships both with internal collectives (clinic and hospital staff) and with external institutions (universities, veterinary colleges) in a more institutional manner.
