Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in industrial engineering, industrial organization engineering, logistics engineering or similar; Business Administration with a specialty in Operations and/or Supply Management.
At least 5 years of experience in retail warehouses, distribution, or ecommerce.
Experience analyzing, documenting, and improving operating models and procedures.
Experience participating in continuous improvement or operational transformation projects.
Experience working cross-functionally with different business areas.
Advanced level Excel. Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes.
Experience documenting processes and procedures.
Knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Blue Yonder is valued.
English level B2.
Portuguese is valuable.

We are currently looking for a person for the position of Supply Chain and Logistic Process Specialist in the Finance department for our Madrid offices.

What you'll do

Conduct interviews and workshops with operational managers.
Map AS-IS processes.
Create process diagrams.
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and risks.
Generate procedures and operational documentation.
Design TO-BE processes.
Eliminate non-value-added activities.
Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
Participate in logistics transformation initiatives.
Monitor milestones and deliverables.
Manage action plans with operations and suppliers.
Analyze productivity data.
Build KPIs and dashboards.
Detect trends and optimization opportunities.
