From our offices located at Calle Manuel Tovar, 18, Madrid, we are looking for a Supply Chain Trainee.

• Recording and monitoring of service and quality indicators for key customers.
• Preparation of customer service level and transport provider reports.
• Proposal and monitoring of corrective actions to improve customer service.
• Management of customer claims related to transport and follow-up with providers.
• Participation in service, quality, and transport meetings, including the Service Committee.
• Support in the planning, monitoring, and implementation of improvement projects.
• Support in stock management, system parameterization, and coverage control.
• Monitoring of stockouts, recovery times, orders, and deadline compliance.
• Control of expiration dates and management of obsolescence to maintain healthy stock.
• Monitoring of the Tenerife stock service and the planning of lenses, consumables, and spare parts.
• Analysis and monitoring of orders in local laboratories and NS/OS.
• Analysis of forecasts against actual results and monitoring of deviations to adjust forecasts.
• Support in production flow changes, new launches, and test planning.
• Collaboration on projects with local, Iberian, and central teams.
