What we're looking for

  • 6-7 years of professional experience in software development and architecture; a more extensive career will be valued.
  • Ability to work with distributed architectures and complex technological environments.

The role

We are looking for a Software Architect with 6-7 years of experience to participate in the design and development of technological solutions based on microservices architectures and batch processing.

The selected person will work with technologies from the Spring ecosystem, Red Hat platforms, and monitoring, testing, and process automation tools, participating in the definition of robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

How you'll work

  • MAX Salary: 63Ks
  • Location: preferably Madrid or any other city where the company has an office. Remote applications from other locations that meet the technical requirements will also be valued.
  • Work modality: to be specified during the process.

Architecture and backend development

  • Microservices architecture with Spring Boot 3.5.0, Spring Data 2025.0.0 and Spring Cloud 2025.0.0-RC1.
  • Batch processing with Spring Batch 6.5.0, Spring Integration 6.5.0, and Spring Cloud Data Flow.
  • Distributed cache with Red Hat Data Grid 8.4.8.
  • Persistence and data modeling: Spring JDBC, MapStruct, JSON Schema, and Avro.

Logging, monitoring, and testing

  • Logging with Logback, Logstash, and the EFK stack (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, and Kibana).
  • Monitoring and traceability with Grafana and Dynatrace.
  • Testing with JUnit 5, Mockito, Spock, and AssertJ.
  • Code quality tools: JaCoCo and Kiuwan.

Platforms and deployment

  • Red Hat OpenShift 4.16 / 4.11 (PaaS/CaaS environments).
  • Experience with PEGA for process automation and case management (BPM/Case Management).

Frontend

  • Angular 19.
  • Angular Elements and Web Components.
  • TypeScript and Sass.
