Castings Process Engineer

We will train you in:

• Manufacturing processes for aeronautical castings.
• Management and Capture of Product Improvements
• Product and process management tools and software.
• In process data analysis tools (SPC, and others).
• Quality management for aerospace parts.
• In Lean Manufacturing concepts

In the midst of the growth process of the Casting Business and as Investment Casting is a key process for the ITP Aero group, we are looking for people to fill Process Engineering positions at our Barakaldo and Sestao plants.

We are looking for a responsible, bold, proactive, and committed person with a desire to learn, who enjoys challenges, is accustomed to working in a team, and has availability for occasional travel. They would join a young, multidisciplinary team with a very good working environment.

You will participate in the following Key Customer Value Processes of the Company:

1. Supplying Product: support to serial production, leading the diagnosis of acute/chronic problems, as well as the definition and implementation of defined improvements.

2. New Product Launch: definition and monitoring of the casting process from the initial stages of development to its full Industrialization, including the definition and control of critical characteristics.

3. Technology Development: collaboration in R&D initiatives within the Casting process. Continue the Digitalization implementation process in the Casting Area.

Additionally, they will collaborate in the Base process of Developing Industrial Capacity in the transformation plans of the Barakaldo and Sestao plants.

You will work at the Barakaldo or Sestao plant (depending on the position filled) of ITP Aero Castings.
