• Minimum professional experience: between 1 and 3 years.
• Recommended previous position: experience in Manufacturing or Design departments.
• Knowledge of hardware inspection and technical aspects of electronic products.

Our Opportunity

The mission of HW Quality Assurance (QA) is to perform inspection, analysis, and homologation tasks for Thales Alenia Space in Spain (TASinS) products as required by your Manager, ensuring compliance with established quality requirements.

• Perform quality inspection, including KIPs (Key Inspection Points), for both products manufactured by TASinS and products and components acquired or subcontracted.
• Prepare, perform, and support Customer inspections (MIPs - Mandatory Inspection Points), obtaining their approval.
• Verify and approve the configuration applicable to manufacturing for each product and prepare the corresponding report for the delivered product.
• Prepare the quality documentation for the delivery and receipt of products.
• Control the quality of subcontractor and supplier products.
• Internally manage the processing of non-conformities for products, ensuring the execution of Root Cause Analysis and the identification of corrective actions.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Minor Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRB), as well as support Major NRBs in case of deviations or non-compliance with product specifications.
• Manage certifications and provide training on them.
• Perform audits on production activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards regarding product quality and Company procedures. Correct possible errors and prevent their repetition.
• Collaborate in the updating of standards regarding quality and in the optimization of manufacturing processes.

• The position may require occasional travel to Customer or subcontractor facilities.
