We are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Technician

What you'll do

Collaborate in supplier approval. Approve parts and/or components of new development by participating in the processes. Approve parts and/or components for product modifications.
Development of improvement plans at suppliers and active participation in purchasing negotiations.
Supplier evaluation. Performance level control. Lead supplier evaluation feedback, management, and analysis meetings.
Plan, develop, and monitor supplier audits. Coordinate process change requests and deviations at the supplier. Metrology on supplier equipment. Monitoring of defect indicators.
Effective communication and incident management at suppliers. Generation, analysis, and monitoring of relevant supplier-origin non-conformities by establishing and verifying the effectiveness of containment and corrective actions.
Management of non-conforming components generated by external suppliers on the manufacturing line.
Participation in Purchasing Table forums, product modifications, and subcontracting that may affect MTID specifications and supplier processes.
Request deviations for parts or components out of specification or non-approved components.
