Biotech R&D Project Leader

• Minimum of 3 years in R&D&i activities oriented towards the development of new materials or chemical products, preferably with a polymer base, or with a demonstrated capacity to adapt to this field.
• Experience in the development and fine-tuning of product application until its final form, including formulation, application, and adjustment of process parameters and physicochemical properties, guaranteeing compliance with the defined technical and functional requirements.

• Valuable experience in polymer synthesis or design, with the ability to collaborate closely with synthetic profiles in the definition of materials and their properties.

Bachelor's and/or PhD in a science field, preferably Chemical Sciences.

• Prepare the technical planning for assigned projects, applying the methodology implemented in the company.
• Prepare, in collaboration with the department head, project budgets and define the technical and human resources necessary to achieve the set technical and economic objectives.
• Guarantee the feasibility and technical quality of the proposed solutions.
• Coordinate and carry out the commissioning of the production process for the developed products.
• Research and develop improvements in the technical characteristics, quality, or costs of the products.
• Define purchasing specifications and perform the initial approval of suppliers until the product handover to the factory, establishing the guidelines for subsequent procurement purchases.
