• University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or similar.
• A CFGS in Administration and Finance will also be valued as an alternative to university education, provided that additional professional experience in similar positions to that required is provided.
• Minimum experience of between 2 and 3 years in a finance department.
• Fluent level of English, minimum B2. Other languages will be valued.
• Analytical capacity to interpret financial data, analyze budgets, and control investments.
• Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems.
• Communication skills to coordinate with other departments, investment managers, and external bodies, such as tax authorities and auditors.

Provide support to the Finance Department in the management and control of accounts payable, compliance with tax obligations, and the preparation of financial reporting, ensuring correct invoicing, accounting, the monitoring of investments, and the leadership of audit and monthly closing processes.

• Prepare monthly closing entries and perform the corresponding reconciliations.
• Supervise the accounting of invoices and provide timely support in this task.
• Manage requirements from the Tax Agency and the National Statistics Institute (INE).
• Prepare and submit periodic tax returns: VAT, IRPF, intra-community operations, among others.
• Execute payments to suppliers, including remittances and extraordinary payments in foreign currency.
• Monitor investments by manager and project, including their planning through Gantt charts.
• Supervise stock turnover as an operational efficiency indicator.
• Perform budget control by department and specific monitoring of certain items, such as those corresponding to Marketing.
• Prepare financial reports for specific units of the group.
• Analyze the average supplier payment period and other key indicators.
• Review and validate supplier invoices in accordance with internal policies.
• Provide support in financial audits, providing the required documentation and analyses.
• Coordinate with the involved areas to ensure compliance with accounting and tax policies.
• Monitor investments and budgets in accordance with internal regulations.
• Keep accounting and tax records up to date.
• Collaborate in internal control and external audit processes.
• Provide support to corporate projects and initiatives.
