Academic training: Minimum CFGS in Building Projects or similar; Technical Architecture or Building Engineering is highly valued.

Experience: From 5 years of experience in a similar position.

We are looking for a Technical Office and Projects Technician, who will be part of the Technical Office area, within the Maintenance Department.

Prepare and update technical, graphic, and legal documentation (plans, layouts, diagrams, and associated documentation) of spaces and facilities, under the supervision of the Technical Office Manager, as well as in the monitoring and control of project execution, in collaboration with the Facilities area and external contractor companies, guaranteeing compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare plans, layouts, and technical documentation of buildings and facilities based on future projects involving expansion, modification, and/or adaptation.
• Prepare technical reports, measurements, and documentation for adaptation or expansion projects.
• Support the planning and documentary monitoring of future projects.
• Keep technical documentation updated and organized ("as built" plans, diagrams, technical files, legalizations, among others).
• Provide support in the preparation of documentation for licenses, legalizations, and administrative procedures.
• Graphically represent the modifications of spaces and redistributions defined by the Technical Office.
• Provide support in project document management (version control, archiving, traceability).
• Collaborate with Facilities in the technical preparation prior to the execution of field work.
• Collect and organize technical documentation from suppliers and facilities.
• Provide support in audits (GMP, legal, quality) at a documentary level.
• Apply the documentary standards defined by the department to the plans and documentation prepared.
