The role

You will be part of the Site Team, participating in the integral management of the project, from the study phase to the execution phase, reporting to the Department Director, ensuring that the highest quality standards are offered and collaborating in the achievement of the Company's objectives, so that you will develop the following functions:

What you'll do

· Direct relationship with Clients

· Technical visits to properties for data collection.

· Global design management

· Formalization of budgets.

· You will manage the quality of procedures, as well as the quality of materials and finishes on site.

· Subcontracting management, cost control, planning, economic closures with client and supplier

· You will collaborate in the request, management, and analysis of quotes required from different suppliers, as well as in the analysis of comparisons.

· You will prepare the necessary documentation throughout the life of the project: measurements, schedules, economic control, minutes, as-built documentation, etc.
