We are looking for a Site Manager; you will be part of the Construction team, collaborating on the procurement and subcontracting strategy for projects throughout the Spanish geography. Your objective will be standardizing processes, improving performance, and managing joint capacities.
What you'll do
Your main function will be to collaborate in the integral management of the department's projects/works, both in the study and execution phases, reporting to the designated Project Manager or Project Director, and providing technical support to the team to ensure the highest quality standards and the achievement of the Company's objectives.
- You will provide technical assistance to the commercial team in client relations, performing technical site visits for data collection and needs assessment.
- You will collaborate closely with the Design and Studies teams in the preparation of architectural and installation projects, mainly in the field of interior office and retail fit-out.
- You will manage the subcontracting strategy, requesting, analyzing, and managing offers from different suppliers, performing comparisons, and building strategic relationships that optimize capacity and performance.
- You will control costs, planning, and financial closures both with clients and with suppliers.
- You will ensure the quality of construction procedures, materials, and finishes on-site, managing the necessary resources to reach the objectives committed to in each project.
- You will prepare the necessary documentation throughout the project life cycle: measurements, schedules, economic control, minutes, as-built documentation, among others.
