HOW YOUR WORKDAY WILL BE AT JYSK
- Alongside the Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving excellent sales results
- Your main task will be to ensure campaigns, the best sales attitude, and a positive, high-energy environment where your team thrives
- You will support the Store Manager by communicating, guiding, and training the team on the sales floor following JYSK leadership principles
- You will train your colleagues in the customer first attitude, how to identify customer needs, and how to drive sales
- You enjoy physical work and will lead by example, selling and performing daily store routines
- You see yourself as a future Store Manager and will show commitment to get there

WHAT YOU MUST BRING
- At least 2 years of experience in leading, motivating, and developing sales teams
- Vocational training at an intermediate level
- Full flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email applications, internet)
- You are inspiring and communicative, creating a positive work environment
- You are committed to taking responsibility for customer service and results
- You are solution-oriented, keep a cool head, and guide your team even in challenging situations
- You always strive to improve your results and bounce back quickly after setbacks
