✅ What are we looking for in you?

A responsible, resourceful person with a great capacity for teamwork and maximum attention to detail, with motivation and a desire to learn, who has a positive attitude and good communication skills and who:

Holds a University Degree or a Post-Graduate degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, Labor Consulting or similar.
Minimum 1 year of experience in functions similar to those of the position.
Has at least a B2 level of English
Has a driver's license and own vehicle to travel to our offices in Cheste, 25 minutes from Valencia.
Is willing to guarantee a high level of service to internal and external customers, confidentiality, and ethical commitment.
Has knowledge of Excel

Nice to have

Knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus
Proficiency in SAP will be positively valued

🎯 Your mission

As a Payroll Assistant, you will participate actively in all tasks or activities related to the Payroll/Salary Dept. in an international context

By managing the hiring and termination of employees
By monitoring absenteeism
By fully supervising the payroll process
By advising other departments on Labor Law and Social Security
By monitoring Collective Agreements and analyzing regulatory changes
By applying and updating Collective Agreements
