What you'll do

🔍 Recruitment

Lead end-to-end selection processes
Build and develop a solid talent pipeline for current and future needs
Collaborate with Leaders to anticipate hiring needs
Identify and attract talent through different channels
Prepare and analyze recruitment and talent KPIs and reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making in the area
Continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience
Analyze results and continuously improve recruitment KPIs
Collaborate with staffing agencies (ETTs) and consultants when necessary

🌍 Employer Branding

Design and execute local employer branding campaigns
Participate in job fairs and talent events
Manage networks like LinkedIn or local communities
Keep the employer branding calendar active
Drive initiatives like the internal influencers program

🤝 Onboarding

Ensure an excellent onboarding experience
Coordinate welcome programs and mentoring
Deliver training on JYSK's culture and values
Follow up on the onboarding process.
Continuously improve the onboarding process and candidate experience
Analyze feedback (including exit interviews)
