Product Owner (Data & Analysis)

• Technical Fluency in Data: Ability to engage credibly with engineers and architects regarding data models, pipelines, Cloud platforms, observability, and performance.
• Data Governance and Architecture: Mastery of Data Governance concepts, data quality, metadata, data catalogs, data lineage, and decentralized architectures (Data Mesh).
• Agile Methodologies: Solid experience in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, as well as managing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Build-vs-Buy Decisions: Ability to evaluate software and data solutions considering costs, maintainability, and integration.
• English (Essential): Very high / fluent level (C1 or C2), necessary for daily interaction with international executive stakeholders.
• Interest and familiarity in the practical use of AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Claude/Claude Code) for analysis, documentation generation, and process optimization.
• Communication and negotiation skills: analytical vision, professional maturity, and a high capacity to manage conflicting priorities transparently.

• Between 6 and 10 years of professional experience in Product Owner or Product Manager roles within data, analytics, business intelligence, or corporate software environments.
• Demonstrable experience leading product management and interfacing with multidisciplinary and international teams.
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Business Administration with an analytical focus or related disciplines.

We are looking for a Product Owner passionate about the world of Data & Analytics to take ownership of the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end management of the Product Backlog for the corporate (Enterprise) domain. Your goal will be to transform business needs into reliable, reusable, and scalable data products, oriented towards global adoption.

• Strategy and Roadmap: You will define and lead the product vision and roadmap in the corporate data domain, aligning them with the global Data & Analytics strategy.
• Product Backlog Management: You will be the single source of truth for the backlog, writing user stories, enablers, and technical spikes with explicit acceptance criteria. You will prioritize work by balancing business value, risks, dependencies, technical debt, and regulation.
• Product Discovery: You will work with corporate functions and local markets to convert operational problems into reusable data capabilities.
• Data Mesh Strategy and Governance: You will collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Data Governance teams in defining lineage, metadata, quality, and observability. You will participate in the Data Mesh strategy to empower the business with autonomy under a governed control framework.
• Leadership in Agile Ceremonies: You will assume PO responsibilities in Scrum frameworks (Sprint Goal, refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, acceptance or rejection of increments).
• Stakeholder and Dependency Management: You will coordinate expectations and negotiate scope with high-level international stakeholders and engineering teams, mitigating risks in migrations or changes to data contracts.
• Adoption and AI: You will measure product impact (adoption, quality, and reliability KPIs) and leverage AI tools (Copilot/GitHub, Claude/Claude Code, etc.) for metrics analysis and work optimization.

• 23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.

• Remote modality with availability to attend offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón once a month.
