The role

We are looking for a passionate Tech Lead with a strategic vision to lead and support our team of experienced software engineers in achieving their goals. You will be the technical point of reference and the direct link with the Product Owner and various technical areas of the organization.

Principal Product SPOC: You will work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner to understand and refine the business backlog, transforming it into executable technical requirements for the development team.
Technical Leadership: You will design and lead the technical solution, validating architectures (archetypes, design patterns, Sonar rules) and ensuring best practices within the software domain.
Technical Debt Management: Together with the PO, you will create and prioritize the technical debt backlog and the technical roadmap, guaranteeing their implementation.
Quality and Continuous Delivery: You will ensure the software development lifecycle for production deployments, managing team performance, fostering continuous improvement, and driving automated and regression testing to bring production errors to zero.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: You will interact with architects (to validate microservices in Kubernetes, queues, load balancers, DB clusters, Jenkins pipelines), Scrum Masters, quality/maintenance teams, and other international Technical Leads.

How you'll work

23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.
1 day for professional events and 3 days for personal errands (free conciliation days).
Hybrid model: 1 or 2 days in offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón.
