Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience: Around 3 years of professional experience in GRC and security roles.
- Frameworks and Regulations: Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in standards and certifications such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIS2, DORA, and ENS.
- Technical Vision: Practical and broad knowledge of IT tools, systems, and technologies, deeply understanding their security mechanisms and architectures.
- Professional Certifications: Holding recognized certifications in the sector such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalents.
- Management: Demonstrable experience in project management.
- Languages: B2 English level or higher (intermediate/fluent level to carry out tasks with ease).
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the Travel & Hospitality sectors.
- Practical knowledge and direct experience in cybersecurity operational tasks.
- Handling and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum / Agile).
- Experience in conducting first and second-party audits.
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications and/or a Master's in Cybersecurity.
- Residency in Mallorca with availability for a hybrid model (1 day/week in the office).

The role
What you'll do
We are looking to bring a GRC Technical Specialist into our Security & Fraud team. In this role, you will not only ensure regulatory compliance; you will be a key piece in ensuring and governing information security with a cross-functional impact between technical and business areas.
- Definition of Corporate Requirements: You will analyze and define corporate Information Security (IS) requirements, aligning IT and Business.
- Security Culture and Controls: You will work hand-in-hand with the IT and Cybersecurity teams in the effective implementation and deployment of security controls.
- Governance and Compliance: You will support and lead key processes regarding governance, regulatory compliance, and security best practices.
- Privacy Liaison: You will act as the direct technical interface with the Data Protection area.
- Impact Metrics: You will manage and analyze KPIs and OKRs related to Information Security.
- Strategic Evolution: You will actively collaborate in the design and execution of the Security Master Plan and the ISMS.
- Business Continuity: You will effectively design and define Business Continuity (BC) strategies and plans.
- Risk Management: You will participate actively in the Corporate Risk Management Framework.
- Internal and Technical Audit: You will audit compliance with ISMS policies and procedures, as well as technical and business processes, products, and services.
- Cross-functional Vision: You will provide critical and constructive participation in joint GRC and Cybersecurity initiatives
