What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with an interest in cybersecurity from a strategic perspective, capable of combining a vision of risk, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience with rigorous, results-oriented execution. We want to bring in someone eager to participate in transversal initiatives, collaborate with different areas, and actively contribute to strengthening the organization's security and continuity capabilities.

  • Experience in DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and Operational Resilience frameworks.
  • Experience in the implementation or maintenance of Information Security and Business Continuity Management Systems, aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, including activities such as risk analysis, BIAs, development of continuity plans, drills, and recovery testing.
  • Knowledge of crisis management, digital resilience, and incident response.
  • Certifications or specialized training in ISO 27001, ISO 22301, DORA, Risk Management, Business Continuity, or Cyber GRC.
  • Previous experience in technology or cybersecurity consulting.
  • University degree in computer science, telecommunications, or cybersecurity, or related technical degrees.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Cyber GRC, business continuity, risk management, regulatory compliance, or cybersecurity consulting functions.
  • Practical knowledge of standards and reference frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301 or equivalents related to information security and Business Continuity.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management, security controls, audit, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work with multiple areas and translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

You will be one of the people helping to build and evolve the company's Cyber GRC, Business Continuity, and Operational Resilience capabilities, at a particularly relevant moment marked by digital transformation and regulatory challenges such as DORA.

You will have a transversal position, working alongside business, technology, and security teams to identify risks, strengthen controls, and ensure that the organization is prepared to respond to and recover from incidents, disruptions, and crisis situations. Your work will contribute directly to the protection of critical processes and the resilience of the organization.

What you'll do

  • Drive the evolution of the Cyber GRC framework, ensuring the monitoring of risks, controls, audits, evidence, and remediation plans.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Management Systems aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, contributing to the strengthening of security and continuity capabilities.
  • Collaborate on Risk Management and Business Continuity initiatives, performing impact analyses, risk assessments, and defining continuity and recovery strategies.
  • Design, coordinate, and analyze continuity exercises, drills, and recovery tests that allow for measuring and improving the organization's response capacity.
  • Actively participate in Operational Resilience projects and in the implementation and monitoring of initiatives associated with DORA, collaborating in one of the fastest-growing and most relevant areas within cybersecurity.
  • Transform data, risks, and metrics into executive information that facilitates decision-making and the continuous improvement of security and resilience capabilities.

A contemporary industrial-style workspace that meets physical and sensory accessibility standards and is also environmentally conscious (in our paperless offices, we also have various recycling and waste management points).
