The role
Are you looking for a technical challenge where you can touch real products, contribute ideas, and be the ultimate bridge between R&D and manufacturing? If you want to see how your specifications come to life in the technical office and are transformed into tangible solutions for the industrial sector, this project is designed for you. Apply now, we want to meet you!
What you'll do
Your mission and your day-to-day
As an electronic design engineer, your objective will be vital: to adapt and industrialize new products from R&D at an electronic level.
Reporting to the Department Manager, your main functions will be the following:
- You will define the precise technical specifications for our external electronic board suppliers.
- You will validate and test in our internal laboratory to ensure correct operation (analyzing response according to humidity, EC motor control, etc.).
- You will modify and improve existing products, while also managing simple component approvals.
- You will provide technical support for the resolution of incidents arising from after-sales service.
- You will collaborate technically on a constant basis with Production Engineering (Ripoll) and communicate with our international teams.
We get ahead of and resolve your possible doubts:
- Will I have to design PCBs from scratch? No. Your focus will be on technical definition and functional adaptation. You will set the specifications so that external suppliers manufacture the boards, and you will be responsible for validating and optimizing them in our environment.
- Are you looking for a very senior profile? We are open to talent at different stages. Whether you are a junior profile who has stood out in university projects and is hungry to learn, or whether you bring a solid track record in the sector, we will value your candidacy.
How you'll work
- Split shift from Monday to Friday (from 8:00 to 13:15 and from 15:00 to 17:30).
Requirements
What will make you successful in this role
- Solid technical base: Degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields, fundamental to understanding the nature of our products.
- Conversational English: It is your key tool for fluid technical coordination with our international teams.
- Proactive attitude: We are looking for a communicative person with initiative, who is not afraid to propose continuous improvements and to work in a team.
If you are motivated by working with real technology, surrounded by people who value initiative and in an environment where your technical decisions have a direct impact on the final product, we are waiting for you.
Click apply, take the first step, and discover what it is like to work in a team where talent and quality always come first.
Benefits and conditions
- Stability from day one: Permanent contract so that you can project your future.
- Real impact: You will see the physical result of your work by being directly connected to the manufacturing plant.
