AGM was born 20 years ago, today Keystone Sports, a company created to help young athletes from all over the world study at American universities thanks to athletic scholarships, and now integrated within the Scandinavian multinational Keystone Educational Group, in the Keystone Sports division. We love making the dream a reality for thousands of athletes who want to continue competing at a high level during their university stage, but do not know how to do it. We have already accompanied more than 3,500 students and we are working so that many more set their course for the USA in the coming years. Do you want to help them and feel part of their dream?

How you'll work

CONDITIONS

You will have your workstation in an open and functional space, alongside the rest of the consultant team. Our office is in the Centro Empresarial Aragón, very well connected with the whole city, and sharing spaces with a lot of companies, including multinationals.
The usual schedule is Monday to Friday in the morning and in the afternoon (with free time for lunch).
We also offer flexibility to give you almost an “a la carte schedule”, so that you can have a social and family life… the only thing is that, due to having many communications with the United States, one must adapt to American schedules.
Here we all work “like at home”, so good vibes are mandatory. Do you want to meet those who would be your colleagues? Here you can see our faces and know a little bit more about each one of us.
Even occasionally (and especially in these times) you may have to work from “home office”, or go on an “itinerant office” trip to another city…, we also organize events with our clients, participate in popular races, make cheers for almost everything… in short, we don't have time to get bored!
The objective we have is clear: that families feel us as part of them; we want to be their guides and for them to trust us fully.
In the first weeks of work, we will train you so that you know Keystone Sports in detail and can feel part of the team.
