What you'll do

Maintains an excellent candidate experience and strong client relationships in the areas of engineering, IT, healthcare, finance, sales and marketing, human resources, legal, and administrative and office support. Sources and attracts highly qualified talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Organizes virtual or in-person recruiting events with job seekers and employers to attract candidates or new business for Professional Talent Solutions. Assists senior consultants in preparing business development documents and candidate evaluations to present to both potential and current clients. Conducts post-placement follow-up with clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and satisfaction, and analyzes next steps to achieve career aspirations and long-term development goals. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and provides periodic reports on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions. Drives the success of the sales and recruiting process through effective interaction with clients and candidates, both online and offline. Qualification descriptor: Requires practical knowledge of one's own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines. Demonstrates knowledge of the company, its processes, and its clients.
