The role

What you'll do

We have set our sights on reaching Unicorn status in 2029, and we are looking for a hands-on, methodical, and decisive profile, with strong interpersonal skills and a structured mindset. You will be an essential connection point between the sales team and the risk analysis team, ensuring that each lead moves forward with the necessary information, in an agile, orderly, and frictionless manner.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

1. Operational management of the commercial cycle (pre-sales, onboarding, and early post-sales)

  • Execute operational support tasks throughout different stages of the funnel: from gathering information prior to the commercial offer, to client activation after closing.

  • Collect, organize, and validate critical documentation from prospects or clients (e.g., tax data, financial data, forms, contracts).

  • Coordinate with the client and internal teams (sales, risk, legal, customer success) to ensure the smooth progress of the commercial process.

  • Follow up on pending tasks, unblock bottlenecks, and ensure that requirements for each phase (offer, signing, activation) are met.

  • Support operational onboarding tasks, such as sending information, initial configuration, startup checklists, etc.

  • In the early stages of an active client, perform operational monitoring tasks, including additional requests for information, documentation validation, or compliance verification.

2. CRM and sales tools management

  • Maintain data integrity in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and ensure its correct updating by the team.

  • Automate workflows, templates, and repetitive tasks to improve the efficiency of the commercial team.

  • Manage assignment rules, territories, lead scoring, and administrative sales support processes.

3. Reporting and commercial analysis

  • Generate key reports on pipeline, conversion ratios, sales velocity, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with commercial management to provide useful insights for decision-making.

  • Detect bottlenecks in the funnel and propose structured solutions.

4. Documentation and internal processes

  • Design, standardize, and maintain structured commercial processes.

  • Promote continuous process improvement to scale operations efficiently.
