Requirements
What we're looking for
More than a perfect CV, we are looking for potential and attitude.
We would like to find a person who:
- Has a High School Diploma, Intermediate Vocational Training, or Higher Vocational Training, preferably in Administration and Finance, Transport and Logistics, or similar.
- Has previous experience in logistics, administration, warehouse, or positions where they have had to organize and coordinate tasks. We do not need you to be an expert.
- Is organized and responsible, capable of prioritizing when there are several things to manage at once.
- Has initiative and the ability to solve problems. Someone who, when faced with a "it can't be done," thinks: "how can we solve it?"
- Feels comfortable working with different people and teams.
- Has a desire to learn, evolve, and take on new challenges.
- Uses office tools. If you also have experience with SAP or other ERPs, great!
- A forklift license will be valued, but is not essential.
And what if you don't have experience in everything?
It's no problem.
We will accompany you from the beginning, and you will have training and support to learn the operations, get to know our processes, and progressively gain autonomy.
We want you to be able to become a key person for the center's logistics management.
What we do need is for you to come with attitude, responsibility, curiosity, and a desire to learn. If you are looking for a job where you always do the same thing... perhaps this is not the place for you.
If, on the contrary, you like dynamic environments, learning new things, facing challenges, and feeling that your work has a real impact on the functioning of the business, this could be a great opportunity for you.
At Grupo AGORA, you will find a company with history, but also with a clear commitment to innovation and people.
Do you dare to take on the challenge?
The role
Do you like making things happen? Are you an organized, decisive person with a desire to learn? At Grupo AGORA, we are looking to hire a Logistics Manager for our Huesca Delegation.
We are not looking for experience. We are looking for attitude, responsibility, organizational capacity, and a great desire to learn. If you are a person who likes to get involved, understand how things work, seek solutions, and take on new challenges, we want to meet you.
And something important: we do not expect you to arrive knowing everything. We will train you so that you can operate with autonomy and grow within the position.
What you'll do
It is a very dynamic, multi-skilled position with a high impact on the center's day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to see firsthand how a logistics operation works and you will work in contact with different areas of the company.
Your day-to-day will combine management, organization, coordination, and problem-solving:
- You will manage the center's daily logistics operations, learning to optimize resources, routes, and processes.
- You will coordinate capillary transport, monitoring delivery routes and helping to resolve any incidents that may arise.
- You will control stocks and inventories, ensuring that everything is correctly managed.
- You will manage delivery notes, orders, invoices, settlements, and logistics documentation.
- You will work very closely with the Sales, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams.
- You will participate in managing activity peaks, special needs, and events, where your ability to react will be especially important.
- You will propose and participate in process improvements to make operations increasingly efficient.
And, above all, you will have the opportunity to learn and take on more and more responsibilities as you grow in the position.
