Solutions Architect

• More than 3 years of technical experience, assuming responsibilities in the design and definition of architectures.

• Demonstrated ability to take on management responsibilities, lead teams, and manage client relationships.

• Experience in closed projects.

• Experience in pre-sales: solution design, estimations, documentation, risk management, and client defense.

• Extensive experience working with agile methodologies.

• Solid knowledge of software architecture, including:

  • Architecture patterns

  • Hexagonal Architecture

  • SOLID principles

  • Microservices and nanoservices

  • Serverless

  • Event-driven architectures (EDA)

• Experience working with different languages and technologies (Spring Framework is highly valued).

• Design and management of APIs (REST/SOAP) and API Management.

• Knowledge of security: authentication, authorization, identity, OAuth, SAML, JWT, etc.

• General knowledge of frontend architectures (Angular, React...).

• Experience with DevOps and continuous delivery tools.

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis...).

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Focus on software quality and continuous improvement of development processes.

This is not a purely development position, but a key role in the definition, validation, and evolution of complex technical solutions, accompanying the business from early stages through to production.

• Designing and defining robust, scalable architectures, aligned with business needs and quality standards.

• Technical client communication, participating in pre-sales phases, solution definition, estimations, risk management, and technical defense.

• Leadership and guidance of technical teams, supporting decision-making, unblocking technical challenges, and best practices.

• Technical feasibility analysis of solutions, evaluating technologies, architectural approaches, and trade-offs.

• Translating between business and technology, ensuring smooth communication and realistic expectations.

• Supervision of software quality, development processes, and engineering best practices.

• Cross-functional collaboration with other architects within the Community to share knowledge and technological evolution.
