As part of our positioning as a leading company, we want to strengthen our team with a Product Specialist Solutions Architect.

💡 What will you do?

• You will lead major software projects and/or data- and AI-based projects. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on large projects, coordinating interaction between technical and business experts to ensure delivery of solutions with the expected value (functionality, time to market).
• You will identify needs, transform business requirements into technical specifications, ensure execution and testing, and manage the complete project/product lifecycle.
• You will manage complex technology implementations and serve as the liaison with multiple stakeholders.

• Professional with solid experience in defining, implementing, and managing large development projects.

🕓 What is our selection process like?

Profile review 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.

First contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.

Technical interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks to you. We will also explore your technical knowledge. In addition, we will give you brief psychological and English competency tests (if necessary).

• Liderarás grandes proyectos de software y/o proyectos basados en datos e IA. Experiencia en gestión de equipos multidisciplinares en grandes proyectos, coordinando la interacción entre expertos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar la entrega de soluciones con el valor esperado (funcionalidad, time to market).
• Identificarás necesidades, transformarás requisitos de negocio en especificaciones técnicas, asegurarás la ejecución y las pruebas, y gestionarás el ciclo de vida completo del proyecto/producto.
• Gestionarás de implantaciones tecnológicas complejas y en la interlocución con multiples stakeholders.
