Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience of 4 years or more:

Experience configuring and administering Jira Software and Confluence primarily
Experience in migrations, integrations, or deployments in Atlassian Cloud or Data Center
Basic knowledge of REST APIs for integrations.
Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies.
Ability to translate business processes into configurations within Jira.
Experience preparing technical and functional documentation.

Languages

C1 English is necessary to communicate on a day-to-day basis with the team.

The role

What you'll do

Advise and support clients in the use and configuration of Atlassian tools to improve their internal processes.
Configure, customize, and implement tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket.
Prepare documentation on how the tools have been configured.
70% of your time will be plugin development and 30% configurations.
