Atlassian Technical Consultant

• Advise and support clients in the use and configuration of Atlassian tools to improve their internal processes.

• Configure, customize, and implement tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket.

• Create documentation on how the tools have been configured.

• 70% of your time will be plugin development and 30% configurations.
  

Experience of 4 years or more:

• Experience configuring and administering Jira Software and Confluence primarily

• Experience with migrations, integrations, or deployments in Atlassian Cloud or Data Center

• Basic knowledge of REST APIs for integrations.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban.

• Ability to translate business processes into configurations within Jira.

• Experience creating technical and functional documentation.

• English C1 required to communicate with the team on a daily basis.

• Asesorar y acompañar a los clientes en el uso y configuración de las herramientas Atlassian para mejorar sus procesos internos.

• Configurar, personalizar e implementar herramientas como Jira, Confluence o Bitbucket.

Experiencia de 4 años de experiencia en adelante:

• Experiencia configurando y administrando Jira Software y Confluence principalmente

• Experiencia en migraciones, integraciones o despliegues en Atlassian Cloud o Data Center

• Conocimientos básicos de REST APIs para integraciones.

• Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles Scrum, Kanban.

• Capacidad para traducir procesos negocio a configuraciones dentro de Jira.

• Experiencia elaborando documentación técnica y funcional.

• Inglés C1 necesario para comunicarte en el día a día con el equipo.
