Senior Atlassian Technical Consultant

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Atlassian solutions, especially in administration, configuration, and implementation.
• Advanced experience in Jira and Jira Service Management, including workflows, permissions, automations, and process configuration.
• Experience in the design of Atlassian technical solutions and architectures, adapted to client needs.
• Knowledge of Confluence and Assets (CMDB) administration and configuration.
• Experience in integrations with external systems via REST API, webhooks, or connectors.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation to resolve technical needs.
• Ability to work autonomously, analyze requirements, and take solutions from design to implementation.
• Technical English level sufficient to consult documentation and communicate with support.

At Izertis, we are looking to hire a Senior Atlassian Technical Consultant to reinforce our team and participate in design, architecture, advanced administration, implementation, and evolution projects of Atlassian solutions for corporate clients.

• Design Atlassian technical architectures and solutions, defining the structure of projects, spaces, workflows, permissions, data models, automations, and integrations.
• Administer, configure, and optimize Atlassian environments, guaranteeing their security, scalability, maintainability, and suitability to the client's needs.
• Perform advanced configurations of Jira and Jira Service Management, including complex workflows, permission schemes, issue types, forms, SLAs, queues, portals, notifications, and automations.
• Design and implement ITSM and ESM solutions, adapting service management processes to the functional and technical requirements of each organization.
• Design, configure, and administer Assets such as CMDB, defining schemes, object types, attributes, relationships, imports, and synchronization mechanisms.
• Administer and configure Confluence, defining space structures, permissions, content, and integration with Jira.
• Design and implement integrations with corporate applications, directories, development tools, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop automations and custom technical solutions through APIs, scripts, and Marketplace applications.
• Participate in migration and transformation projects between Server/Data Center and Cloud environments, analyzing configurations, compatibilities, and implementation alternatives.
• Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions, justifying design decisions and evaluating different alternatives.
• Define best practices, configuration standards, and technical documentation to facilitate the operation and evolution of the platforms.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and project teams, providing expert judgment during the design, implementation, and evolution of solutions.
