Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience developing dashboards, reporting, and visualizations in Power BI.
- Between 3 - 4 years of experience in PL/SQL.
- Solid experience in data modeling.
- Experience in data validation, analysis, and quality control.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality.
- Good communication skills and experience collaborating with business users.
- English level B1 or higher.
Nice to have
- Intermediate level knowledge of Scala (3-4 years)
- Experience in the definition and monitoring of KPIs and business metrics.
- Experience in the optimization and automation of reporting processes.
- Participation in UAT processes, User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience accompanying and supporting business users during the validation and deployment phases.

The role
We are looking for a PL/SQL Data Analyst with advanced experience in Power BI to join an Agile squad and participate fully in the user story lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final validation with the business.
The selected person will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality, consistency, and reliability of the reported information, working closely with technical teams and business users to develop high-impact reporting solutions.
What you'll do
- Analyze functional requirements and transform them into efficient analytical solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, reports, and advanced visualizations in Power BI.
- Perform data validations and analysis to ensure information quality.
- Develop and maintain queries, procedures, and processes in PL/SQL.
- Participate in testing and support activities during the validation phases with business users.
- Collaborate actively within an Agile environment, participating in squad ceremonies and activities.
- Guarantee the quality, consistency, traceability, and reliability of the reported data.
- Propose improvements and automations in existing reporting processes.
- Participate in the full user story cycle, from initial analysis to final validation.
