What we're looking for

More than 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead in data and cloud environments, combining technical and leadership responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in DevOps, cloud architecture, Terraform, and Microsoft Azure.

• Mastery of Azure Cloud and its pipelines; additional knowledge in AWS and GCP will be valued.

• Experience in On-Premise environments and cloud migration projects.

• Deep knowledge of Big Data architectures and data modeling.

• Experience in data architecture design (Data Lakes, Data Marts, relational and NoSQL databases, and real-time streaming).

• Experience in data visualization with tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or similar.

• Experience in data integration through APIs and ETL tools (Talend, ODI, SSIS, etc.).

• Experience in development and coding with Java (Scala, Maven) and Python.

• Experience in CI/CD environments and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, coordinating at least one DevOps team (currently 2 people).

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

• Certifications in cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Knowledge of other cloud providers besides Azure.

• Knowledge of R, Data Science, and advanced analytics.

• Experience in data platform modernization projects and evolution toward AI-oriented architectures.

• Experience in data governance, security, and compliance in data platforms.

The role

What you'll do

• Lead the DevOps team and coordinate its daily activity.

• Lead the design and development of data solutions in Azure Cloud, with automated deployments using Terraform.

• Manage and evolve the existing data platform, preparing its future evolution toward Artificial Intelligence initiatives planned for 2026-2027.

• Coordinate the development of microservices and Big Data solutions in hybrid environments (Cloud and On-Premise).

• Supervise and actively participate in Java (Scala, Maven) and Python coding, integrating CI/CD best practices.

• Design scalable and robust data architectures: Data Lakes, Data Marts, relational and NoSQL databases, and real-time streaming solutions.

• Integrate data through APIs and ETL tools (Talend, ODI, SSIS).

• Ensure the quality, security, and availability of the data platforms.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in Agile / DevOps environments.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

How you'll work

Mon-Thu from 9:00 to 18:30 (with flexibility)
Fridays and pre-holidays from 8:00 to 14:30
Intensive working day in July and August
