What we're looking for

We are looking for a professional with a solid track record in software engineering and technical leadership, who has evolved towards the definition and implementation of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence.

  • At least 10 years of experience in software development and technical leadership, with a solid foundation in Java environments and enterprise architectures. Profiles coming from other technology stacks will also be valued.

  • Experience as a Technical Leader, Software Architect, or Solutions Architect, participating in the design, estimation, risk management, and implementation of complex solutions.

  • Several years of experience leading Artificial Intelligence initiatives, especially in Generative AI, LLMs, intelligent agents, conversational assistants, and enterprise AI platforms.

  • Ability to combine a solid software engineering foundation with the design and leadership of AI-based architectures.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and working in agile environments.

  • Ability to define technological strategies and drive the adoption of new technologies and architectures.

  • Experience in technical pre-sales, leading PoCs, preparing proposals, and defending solutions to clients.

  • Communication and interaction skills at technical, executive, and business levels.

  • Innovative mindset, initiative, and the ability to lead new ways of working, organization, and technological evolution.

Nice to have

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

  • Having evolved from Senior Developer, Technical Leader, or Java Architect positions towards technical leadership responsibilities in Artificial Intelligence.

  • Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, MCPs, and enterprise AI platforms.

  • Cloud architectures and scalable AI-based solutions.

  • AI Governance, Responsible AI, and regulatory, legal, and ethical frameworks related to Artificial Intelligence.

  • Definition of AI adoption strategies in large organizations.

  • Leadership of high-performance technical teams.

  • Participation in events, technical communities, training, and mentoring.

  • Certifications related to Cloud Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, or agile methodologies.

The role

What you'll do

• AI Technical Leadership: Define, design, and lead the implementation of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced architectures, ensuring their scalability, quality, security, and alignment with business needs.

• Technological Strategy and Innovation: Participate in the definition of the company's global technological strategy together with the Technology Communities, identifying innovation opportunities, promoting the adoption of new technologies, and leading differentiating initiatives around AI.

• Technical Leadership in High-Value Services: Technically lead strategic projects, participating in solution design, estimations, risk management, and architectural decision-making to guarantee the success of the initiatives.

• Technical Pre-sales and Business Development: Collaborate with commercial teams by leading PoCs, reviewing proposals, evaluating technological partners, conducting executive presentations, and technically defending solutions to clients.

• Architecture and Technological Governance: Define reference architectures, standards, best practices, and governance models that allow for the construction of robust, maintainable solutions aligned with the organization's technological strategy.

• Leadership and Team Evolution: Drive new ways of working, promote technical excellence, mentor other professionals, and favor the evolution of high-performance teams.

• Communication and Technological Positioning: Participate in training activities, mentoring, events, content generation, technical marketing, and outreach actions that contribute to the technological positioning and brand of the company.

• Cross-Community Collaboration: Work transversally with different areas and technological communities to share knowledge, generate synergies, and accelerate the adoption of new capabilities and innovative solutions.

How you'll work

✅ 100% REMOTE

✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
