Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience as a Software Architect, participating in the design and implementation of enterprise solutions.
Solid knowledge of software architecture, including microservices, cloud architectures, APIs, security, integration, and application modernization.
Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, etc.).
Ability to participate in technical pre-sales, performing solution design, estimations, risk analysis, and defending proposals to clients.
Experience working with different technologies and languages, with knowledge of Java and Spring Framework being especially valued.
Innovative mindset, communication capacity, and ability to collaborate with technical teams, clients, and business areas.

Nice to have

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI platforms will be valued, as well as knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration.

The role

What you'll do

• AI Solution Architecture: Design and define architectures based on Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic platforms applied to the software development lifecycle, ensuring their scalability, quality, and maintainability.

• AI Innovation and Adoption: Identify, evaluate, and drive new Artificial Intelligence capabilities, tools, and trends that bring value to teams and clients.

• Technical Design and Architectural Governance: Define standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to guarantee robust, secure solutions aligned with the technological strategy.

• Technical Pre-sales and Consulting: Participate in the preparation of technical proposals, estimations, risk analysis, documentation, and the defense of solutions before clients and decision-making teams.

• AI-Assisted Development: Lead the adoption of AI-supported development tools and practices, optimizing software productivity and quality.

• Technological Modernization: Drive technological transformation initiatives, API-fication, migration to cloud architectures, adoption of microservices, and the evolution of enterprise applications.

• Collaboration and Technical Leadership: Work alongside architecture, development, business, and pre-sales teams, providing technical vision, influence, and support to other professionals.

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

Integration Architecture.
Enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Advanced estimation and technical pre-sales processes.
Technical leadership and support for development teams.
Agent-based solutions, Agentic AI, and multi-agent architectures.
AI adoption strategies in corporate environments.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

How you'll work

✅ 100% REMOTE

✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
