Requirements
• Solid experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT Architecture roles.
• Ability to align IT strategy and business objectives.
• Knowledge of application architectures, integration, cloud, and IT governance.
• Analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience working with multiple technical and business stakeholders.

A B2 English level is required for the position
The working modality will be Hybrid, in which the person will have to guarantee two days of on-site presence per week in Alcobendas.

For our client in the Automotive sector, we are looking for an IT Enterprise Architect to join a strategic project for the company, actively participating in the definition and evolution of the corporate IT architecture. The selected person will have a key role in the alignment between technology and business, driving digital transformation through a solid vision of Enterprise Architecture.

The role combines strategic vision, analytical capacity, and technical leadership, collaborating closely with business, IT, and global architecture teams to ensure scalable, aligned, and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities and functions
• Participate in the definition of the global IT architecture strategy, with a strong vision of Enterprise Architecture.
• Support the creation and evolution of the Reference Architecture, the Operating Model, and the application roadmap.
• Ensure the alignment of the IT architecture with the client's business strategy and objectives.
• Analyze internal business functions, development strategies, and IT processes, proposing improvements and optimizations.
• Translate business requirements into functional and architectural specifications that guarantee the correct deployment of systems and services.
• Create and maintain Business Architecture models aligned with the client's strategy and vision.
• Collaborate with the Global Architect Director in the implementation of the IT architecture strategy (infrastructure, applications, data, and security).
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to project teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and principles.
• Support and document the client's Cloud First strategy through the design and management of cloud architecture.
• Define and maintain best practices, standards, and guides for the design and delivery of solutions and services.
• Design application architecture solutions based on the analysis of business requirements.
• Review User Stories, identifying existing initiatives or applications that may cover similar needs.
• Support the design of integration services under an API First approach, providing technical supervision and guidelines.
• Identify and manage IT architecture risks and issues.
• Provide support to IS/IT teams and the business during internal and external audits.
