Requirements
What we're looking for
Demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect in consulting or multi-project environments.
High experience in
Functional analysis and requirements gathering.
End‑to‑end solution design.
Solid knowledge of
Architecture patterns and hexagonal architecture.
SOLID principles.
Microservices / nanoservices, serverless, and EDA (Event‑Driven Architecture) architectures.
Experience in
Migration of monolithic architectures to microservices.
Queues and event platforms.
Security at an architectural level (authentication, authorization, identity).
Solution observability (logs, metrics, traces).
Mandatory mastery of:
Spring Framework and the Java ecosystem.
API Management, REST / SOAP, and service API-fication.
Decoupling strategies and breaking up monoliths.
Security: JWT, OAuth, SAML, Identity Management.
JavaScript architectures (Angular, React...).
Experience in
DevOps / Continuous Delivery.
Software quality and agile methodologies.
SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle...) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis...).
Cloud: AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
BI / Big Data.

The role
We are looking for an IT Solution Architect with proven experience in solution architecture roles, with high technical maturity and the ability to lead the definition and evolution of complex technological solutions in IT consulting environments.
Beyond technical knowledge, we especially value functional experience, analytical capacity, structured requirements gathering, and competence in designing solutions aligned with business needs.
What you'll do
Define, design, and evolve advanced, robust, and scalable software architectures.
Technically lead teams and projects, ensuring architectural best practices.
Act as the primary interlocutor with the client, ensuring fluid, rigorous communication oriented toward generating value.
Lead the gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements.
Design target architectures and technological evolution strategies.
Drive innovation initiatives, participating in technical forums, events, communities, or publications.
Develop and mentor technical teams, promoting best practices, quality standards, and a culture of excellence.
Ensure the quality, security, observability, and maintainability of solutions.
How you'll work
The position is hybrid in Madrid; presence is required approximately 1 time per week at the client's office in Madrid.
