What we're looking for

✅ Requirements

More than 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
Experience in manual testing and test automation.
Solid knowledge of API testing using Postman.
Experience validating API services.
Experience with Selenium, JUnit, and automation on Java.
Knowledge of Git.
ISTQB certification.
Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
Analytical capacity, results orientation, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

The role

Are you passionate about software quality and do you want to lead automation and performance strategies in complex technological environments?

We are looking for a QA Lead with experience in automation, functional testing, and quality leadership to join an international environment where technical excellence and continuous improvement are fundamental.

What you'll do

Define and maintain the global testing strategy of the project.
Coordinate the different QA profiles involved in each initiative.
Guarantee the quality of products and solutions in all phases of the development cycle.
Design test plans, test cases, and validation strategies.
Supervise the execution of manual and automated tests.
Integrate testing within CI/CD processes.
Monitor automation results and analyze incidents.
Identify continuous improvements in processes, coverage, and testing efficiency.
Ensure the implementation of quality gates and quality best practices.

How you'll work

Hybrid presence in central Madrid is required.

We are looking for freelance collaboration - Project of 3 to 6 months.
