We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Installation team. In this position, you will play a key role in project coordination and monitoring, collaborating with different teams to guarantee correct execution, compliance with deadlines, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supporting planning, supervising the progress of activities, and ensuring that projects are developed in accordance with KONE's quality, safety, and profitability standards.

• Coordinate and support project execution, guaranteeing compliance with objectives, deadlines, and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate closely with Supervisors, Installation Managers, and other involved teams to ensure the correct development of projects.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, understanding their needs and offering excellent service during all phases of the project.
• Participate in resource planning, risk identification, and the monitoring of actions to guarantee project success.
• Monitor the economic performance of projects, supporting the control of costs, sales, margins, and forecasts.
• Promote compliance with the safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards established by KONE.
• Ensure the correct application of the company's project management methodologies, processes, and policies.
• Prepare and keep up to date the documentation and information necessary for the monitoring and control of projects.
