What you'll get

  • Salary: €1,168.75 Gross/Month Fixed + Commissions + bonuses

- Guaranteed Fixed Salary: €1,168 gross per month for the 30-hour weekly schedule.

- Attractive Commission Plan: You will add a variable incentive for every lead and contract achieved. There is no limit to commissions.

- Initial and continuous training provided by the company to ensure your success in the position.

The role

Are you looking for job stability, intensive shifts, and to join our project in La Orotava?

We know how important it is to have stability and be able to plan your time. Due to our growth in La Orotava, at Konecta we are selecting Commercial Promoters to join our stand located in Leroy Merlin.

You will represent a leading brand in the energy sector, offering customers savings solutions with close, professional, and transparent service.

What you'll do

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

- Active customer acquisition: Proactive interaction with people visiting the stand in large retail stores (Carrefour and Leroy Merlin).

- Securing the lead: Collecting contact details from interested customers in an efficient and friendly manner.

- Pre-sales: Incentivizing customers to receive a call from our contact center, where they will be presented with a detailed and unbeatable commercial proposal.

How you'll work

  • Contract: Permanent seasonal
  • Working Hours: Full-time

- Rotating and Intensive Shifts (30h per week): Intensive working day that will allow you to balance your professional and personal life with continuous schedules.

- Permanent Contract and Social Security registration from day one.

  • Minimum experience: No minimum experience

- Residence in La Orotava or neighboring municipalities.
