Students in their final years of Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Double Degree in Business Administration + Law, or similar degrees.
Minimum C1 level of English.
Possibility of signing an internship agreement for 4-6 months starting in January 2027.
Interest in consulting, risk management, regulatory compliance, and technology applied to business.
Analytical capacity, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail.
Proactivity, autonomy, and a willingness to learn.

The role

Our Rocket Program internship program is designed to make your experience unique. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams, participate in real projects for large companies, and have the opportunity to learn from professionals with extensive experience in consulting, risk management, regulatory compliance, and technological transformation.

We are looking for Rockets for the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Consulting team to join us in January 2027 at our Barcelona office.

What you'll do

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that helps organizations manage their risks, strengthen their internal control systems, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will participate in projects related to:

Compliance and regulatory compliance.
Enterprise risk management.
Internal audit.
Internal control and process improvement.
Preparation of documentation, information analysis, and preparation of deliverables for clients.
Identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks and controls.
Design and optimization of governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Additionally, you will collaborate on projects with an increasingly relevant technological component within GRC, participating in the implementation and use of specialized tools such as Archer, Workiva, and Alteryx, as well as data analysis and visualization solutions. You will have the opportunity to learn how these tools are configured and parameterized to adapt them to each client's needs, support the automation of processes and controls, analyze information for decision-making, and collaborate on small developments or functional improvements within the platforms used by the team.
