- At least 3 years of professional experience in a Big 4 in financial function departments or Transaction Services and/or experience in the finance departments of Private Equity firms.

The main advisory functions for the CFO will be the following:
- Planning and execution of tasks associated with the takeover, integration, and transformation of the Finance Department of a recently acquired company.
- Analytical reporting. Definition of analytical reporting models that allow for the agile display of sales, profitability, and margins by product, client, business line, etc. Establishment of cost centers (and other necessary analytical axes).
- Definition of the budgeting and forecasting model. Development and coordination of the budgeting/forecasting process for a company.
- Definition of the cash flow forecasting model.
