What we're looking for

We are not looking for you to have previous experience. We value your attitude, your desire to learn, your initiative, and your interest in developing yourself in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment.

Currently studying for a university degree or higher vocational training related to the field (Business Administration, Tourism, Commerce, Logistics, etc.).
Driver's license held for at least 6 months.
English level B2.
Availability to carry out an internship through an agreement with your educational center.

Nice to have

Previous experience in customer service, sales, commerce, hospitality or services.
Communication skills and customer orientation.
Motivation to learn about sales and business management.
Proactivity and initiative.
Curiosity and desire to develop professionally.
Ability to collaborate and work in a team.

Experience in the mobility sector is not necessary. We will teach you everything you need to make the most of this experience.

Are you studying for a university degree or a higher vocational training cycle and looking for an internship where you can develop real experience in sales, customer service, management, and leadership?

At Enterprise Mobility, we offer you the opportunity to join our internship program starting in the months of February/March 2027, and discover how a business works from the inside. You will be part of the daily activity of a vehicle rental office, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop key skills for your professional future.

What you'll do

Can you imagine an internship where you can truly learn how a business works? Well, that is exactly what you will find here.

From day one, you will be part of the team, participating in the day-to-day operations of one of our vehicle rental offices, gaining real experience. You will have the opportunity to get to know different areas of the business, take on responsibilities, and develop skills that will serve you for any professional challenge that comes later.

You will assist and advise customers, helping them find the best solution for their mobility needs
You will learn to work with real objectives, KPIs and results, and you will understand how the mobility services business works (Office P&L).
You will develop your sales and communication skills
You will learn how a vehicle fleet is managed and the daily operations of an office
You will analyze the market, different types of customers, the competition and new business opportunities, among others.
