What we're looking for

Being in the penultimate or final year of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, and related fields.
Advanced level of Catalan and English.
Possibility of signing an Internship Agreement for a minimum of 5 months starting from January 2027.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, among others).
Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, diligence, autonomy, and proactivity.

And, above all, drive, enthusiasm, and passion for creating impact and improving the world through your work.

Nice to have

Currently pursuing a related Master's degree is a plus.

The role

In the Sectors Business Consulting (SBC) team at KPMG Barcelona, you will collaborate on strategic and operational consulting projects oriented towards process, organization, and systems improvement, as well as driving digital transformation in high-impact entities such as public administrations, hospitals, universities, mobility and transport, economic promotion, the third sector, and private companies. The start date is planned for January 2027 in the KPMG Barcelona office.

Our team works to help organizations improve how their processes function and prepare for their upcoming challenges. Main responsibilities include:

What you'll do

Analysis and improvement of internal processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, optimization, and digitalization.
Collaboration on strategy and transformation projects, supporting organizations in the design of growth plans and organizational improvement.
Participation in digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and the implementation of new tools and technologies.
Information analysis, preparation of reports, presentations, and deliverables for clients.
Support in the management and monitoring of projects linked to European funds and public aid programs.
Collaboration on digitalization and innovation projects aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
Participation in projects for entities in different sectors, such as health, transport, education, public administration, and services.
Working together with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that generate impact and provide value to clients.

Additionally, participating in various projects such as:

Market studies and sector analyses.
SME digitalization initiatives.
Project Management Offices (PMO) related to European Funds.
